By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms and conditions”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum shipping cost is € 12,50. We don't ship to overseas territories belonging to EU or EEC countries, such as Martinique and Reunion (France), Greenland and the Faroe Islands (Denmark), Netherlands Antilles (the Netherlands), the Falklands Islands, Bermuda, etc. (The United Kingdom) or any other such overseas territories belonging to EU or EEC countries.

All orders shipped are fully insured during transport by the supplier until proof of delivery.

6. Claims and returns

Life Extension Europe does not accept returns. 

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. this must be done within 8 days of receiving your goods. In connection with a claim kindly download and submit our Claim Form (a writable pdf) and send it to partner@lefeurope.com incl. image documentation. 

Claims will be handled within 5 working days.

9. Online presence

For each approved website:

a: Business Partner will not sell anonymously and must clearly indicate Business Partner´s full name, address, and telephone, and e-mail contacts

b: Partners of Life Extension Europe can only re-sell the products on any sales channels owned solely by the Partner including any website. Sales on any other platform including Amazon, eBay etc. is only allowed when pre-approval has been obtained in writing with Life Extension Europe Partner Sales.

b: will block all shipments of Life Extension Europe B.V. products to shipping locations outside Europe.

10. Brand advertising and reprint policies

The brand policies apply for the brands Life Extension Europe, Life Extension®, and Quicksilver Scientific® to maintain the brand value as evidence-based, cutting-edge, premium-quality products.

For purposes of these Policies, “Business Partner" includes all authorized distributors and wholesalers as well as third-party customers (i.e., Authorized distributor’s customers) that resell Life Extension and Quicksilver Scientific products to consumers.

10.1 Advertising brand and products

• Ad copy and website materials must not misrepresent the two brands or source of the products and must not be misleading to customers. (for example, Business Partner's print materials and websites may not try to impersonate or mirror the likeness or overall appearance of the website at www.lifeextension.com, quicksilverscientific.com or Life Extension's magazine).
• In Online Search ads copy and keywords, Business Partners can not use the Branded search keywords, e.g. Life Extension Europe, Life Care Europe, Life Extension Fund, or other nicknames that imply or or are suggestive of the Life Extension or Quick Silver Scientific brand that would be confusing to customers, including LE Vitamins or similar terms.
• Business Partner’s business name and any nickname or reference to it must significantly differentiate itself from the names, likenesses and appearances of the names of the Life Extension brands and related names, and not sound like or visually appear similar to Life Extension, Quick Silver Scientific, or nicknames or sound-alikes thereof, including for example, but not limited to “LE Vitamins” or “QSS Supplements”.
• URLs and Business Partner emails on Business Partner websites, including subdomains, must not impersonate or contain, in whole or in part, the "Life Extension" or “Quicksilver Scientific” trademark and must not contain any of the Life Extension Europe Branded Terms or their misspellings. For example, sites such as www.lifeextension-germany.com, www.life-extension-products.net, www.lifeextensioneurope.fr, quicksilverscientific.co.uk, and http://lifeextension.tumblr.com would not be permitted. Branded Terms may not be used as part of Social Media or directory site listings. For example, the site listing www.digg.com/lifeextension would not be permitted. Any domain name registrations Wholesaler obtains in violation hereof shall be immediately transferred to VSW. Further, website domain names that are nicknames, or approximations that would confuse or mislead consumers. For example, names that include the “LE” prefix, or other approximation or nickname forms of the Life Extension or Quick Silver Supplement names, like LEVitamins.net, or lifeextendingsupplements.com would also be unacceptable.
• Advertising by Business Partner on Social Media pages of Life Extension Europe, Life Extension, and Quicksilver Scientific (including comments on their blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube pages), including use of Facebook tags and similar devices to drive traffic from Life Extension Europe, Life Extension or Quicksilver Scientific sites to Business Partner sites, is not permitted.
• Internet ad landing pages must comply with the requirements for ‘2. Use of Content’.

10.2 Use of content (only for Life Extension)

• Many Business Partners like to use Life Extension publications, including Web site content such as text and images, (collectively, "Content"), Life Extension trademarks (collectively "Marks"), and Life Extension logos (collectively "Logos"), in their catalogues, newsletters and mailings, Web sites and blogs to help promote the sale of the products, and in general, Life Extension encourages this practice because it provides well-presented, accurate information to educate customers about the Life Extension brand and products.
• Life Extension Content is protected by copyright and trademark law. Use of Life Extension Content, Marks, and Logos must be approved by Life Extension Europe in advance. Life Extension reserves the right to withhold or withdraw consent to any use of Life Extension Content, Marks, or Logos at any time, and upon such notice, the Business Partner will promptly cease the unauthorized use of the Content, Marks, or Logos. If a Business Partner fails to comply with this Advertising and Reprint Policy, the Business Partner's copyright and trademark licenses are automatically terminated.

The following are requirements for all approved use of Life Extension Content:

a. The Content must be reproduced verbatim.

b. In print media, "Reprinted with permission of Life Extension®" must appear at the beginning or end of the Content.

c. Online, a link to the original Content on www.lifeextension.com must be displayed at the immediate top or bottom of the Content and must appear above any medical references. The language for the link should read: "Reprinted with permission of Life Extension®."

d. Online links within Content are not permitted, except a link to the original Content on www.lifeextension.com.

e. Use of "Daily News" articles is strictly prohibited due to syndication restrictions.

10.3. Compliance

• If it is determined by Life Extension Europe that a Business Partner has violated the terms of these Advertising and Reprint Policies, Life Extension Europe may require all Business Partners (not just the party which sold Products to the offending Business Partner to cease all further sales to that offending Business Partner. It is the responsibility of all Business Partners of the Products to assist in the policing of these Advertising and Reprint Policies as to those persons to whom they, or other Business Partners, sell the Products, and if a violation is discovered, to immediately contact Life Extension Europe with the identity of the offending party (regardless of which Business Partner may have actually sold the Product), as well as the facts and circumstances surrounding the alleged violation.
• These Advertising and Reprint Policies may be changed at any time without advance notice by Life Extension Europe. You are responsible for complying with these Advertising and Reprint Policies as contained in the online Terms and Conditions of your Partner Agreement with Life Extension Europe and for your easy reference, posted online at Your Account.

11. Product labels and registration

Registration of a product, or relabeling, repackaging and overlaying labels, must be approved in advance by Life Extension Europe. Upon approval by Life Extension Europe, the business partner will be given appropriate guidance. Except as set forth above, the business partner is strictly prohibited from relabeling, repackaging, translating or overlaying labels and packaging of the products, or altering, modifying, or changing the products, their labels or packaging in any way.

12. Information and update

As a business partner dealing with our brands and products, it is a requirement that you always stay up-to-date about our brand and products. We send email updates and changes to our partners on brand, product, pricing, and seasons.

13. Terms of Service

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number you have provided us with at the time the order was made. Life Extension Europe B.V. based in the Netherlands is complying with the regulations of NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality).

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Life Extension Europe B.V. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.

SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
