Our shipping service
We ship through our Shipping Partners UPS and DHL to minimum 39 countries. We work closely together with our two shipping partners to match the local countries’ best solutions.
Low shipping rates
Our shipping rates are fixed. We operate with two different shipping rates depending on whether we are shipping to continental EU states and the United Kingdom or non-continental EU states and Non-EU countries.
Moreover, orders shipped outside the EU do not pay VAT on the products. Products delivered to addresses outside the EU might be subjected to additional local import duties, which will be paid by you.
Please be aware that UPS Express Shipping only refers to the actual shipping time with UPS and has no influence on the handling time in our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum shipping cost is € 12,50. We don't ship to overseas territorries belonging to EU or EEC countries, such as Matinique and Reunion (France), Greenland and the Faroe Islands (Denmark), Netherlands Antillles (the Netherlands), the Falklands Islands, Bermuda etc. (The United Kingdom) or any other such overseas territorries belonging to EU or EEC countries.

We ship within three working days
No matter which shipping service you choose, we ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands within three working days.
The average delivery time is 2-4 business days, and DHL can take 5-10 days depending on your location.
We recommend you place your mobile numbers in your My Account information, to ensure the best notification service from our Shipping Partners when your order is shipped.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value per order is €250 net*. Orders below the minimum order value cannot be checked out.
