Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. this must be done within 8 days of receiving your goods. In connection with a claim kindly download and submit our Claim Form (a writable pdf) and send it to partner@lefeurope.com incl. image documentation.
Claims will be handled within 5 working days.
