The minimum order value per order is €250 net*. Orders below the minimum order value cannot be checked out.
All online prices listed are quoted Ex-Works Netherlands. During check-out, shipping charges are applied to the order. Customs duties for import into the EU are always included.
All prices are based on the official US Dollar / Euro / British Pound exchange rate, and price updates may occur due to currency fluctuations.
The full amount shall be paid via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card upon ordering of products. Once payment has been confirmed/received in full, the products will be shipped.
With the payment transfer, please enter your customer number as is. We reserve the right to charge a payment card fee.
As a Business Partner, you must provide us with a valid VAT identification number to avoid VAT added. VAT will be added to the appropriate percentage for dietary supplements without a valid VAT number.
The same applies to orders with a shipping address in the Netherlands. In these cases, be aware that pricing that appears in the shopping cart and during the order process is inclusive of local VAT.
All orders are shipped after receipt of payment.
Life Extension Europe B.V. is shipping your order by UPS or DHL.
The Track and Trace information will be emailed to you directly from UPS or DHL as soon as your shipment leaves our logistics warehouse in the Netherlands. If you choose to update your account with mobile details, you will get an SMS notification from your chosen shipping provider.
We will ship your order within three business days. Delays may occur in the case of backorders.
Digital invoice is only generated when orders are completed.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum shipping cost is € 12,50. All orders shipped are fully insured during transport by the supplier until proof of delivery.
Life Extension Europe does not accept returns.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e., damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent, etc., this must be done within 8 days of receiving your goods. Upon approval by Life Extension Europe, the business partner will be given appropriate guidance. Except as set forth above, the business partner is strictly prohibited from relabeling, repackaging, translating, or overlaying labels and packaging of the products, or altering, modifying, or changing the products, their labels, or packaging in any way.
As a business partner dealing with our brands and products, it is a requirement that you always stay up-to-date with our brand and products. We send email updates and changes to our partners on brand, product, pricing, and seasons.
